Successful bidder will be responsible for arranging for the removal of item. Surplus item is sold “as is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. All sales are final and must be paid in full with a bank check or money order, prior to removal. Item(s) will need to be removed by December 30, 2022. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope with “Surplus Bid – (Item)” clearly written on the outside of the envelope. The Oroville School Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Faxes will not be accepted.
